Hob – From Ambient: Low 5-6 Mins
Place in a pan of boiling water and simmer gently until tender.

Microwave – From Ambient: 700W 6-7 Mins, 900W 4-5 Mins
Place 225g (8oz) of cabbage in a microwavable container with 45ml (3 tbsps) of water, then cover and vent. Cook on full power then leave to stand for a further 1 minute.

Steam – From Ambient: 5-6 Mins
Steam until tender.

At home, keep me in the fridge to keep flavour and taste for longer
